Fresh Tomato Salad
1 medium fresh ripe tomato, cut in wedges
1 T. reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
2 black olives, halved
1 t. extra virgin olive oil
Top tomato wedges with feta cheese and black olives.
Sprinkle with oil and top with a little fresh ground black pepper.
