Hope you enjoy this sampling of recipes. They are EASY, delicious and very slimming. They are also 100 calories or less and provide a healthy balance of protein, fat and carbs. By all means try the shakes - they are one of my favorite things. I also love the soups, which allow me to slave over a hot stove for 5 or 10 minutes and then have yummy meals in the freezer that I can pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Talk about an instant meal!

Some of these recipes are from the book, but some are new ones from the next book (shameless self-promotion). Have fun with them and please comment on the ones you like (or don't like). Your feedback is important. I'm also interested in any of your original 100 calories or less recipes.
