                                               PLAN BASICS




  1. You must eat every one to two hours.  Never less than one hour between meals. This allows your digestive system to burn the calories.  Never more than two hours between meals.  This prevents hunger and kicks your metabolism into high gear.  
  2. Do not exceed 100 calories per meal.  The book provides a multitude of quick ideas and easy recipes to suit any taste.   The daily meal plans suggest a balanced mix of protein , fat and carbs.  
AND THAT'S IT!   I've done all the testing and calorie counting for you.  By following these simple steps you will lose at least two pounds per week.  It's fun - it's easy - and you can do it.
