Here are some shake and smoothie recipes that are so good that you'll want to drink them all day, but don't.  You need some solid food too or you'll slosh when you walk.  You can use unsweetened almond milk in these recipes.  It's half the calories of fat free milk and no lactose.

Mocha Mama        

1/2 c. cold left-over coffee
1/2 c. fat free milk
2 t. unsweetened cocoa
1 packet stevia
3 chunks frozen banana (about 1/2 banana)

Throw it all in the blender and beat it 'til it screams, or until the banana is ground up.  Your choice.

Cherry Blossom                       
1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries
1/2 c. fat free milk
1/2 packet stevia
Drop of almond flavoring

Blend well.  This is really delicious

  3/4 fat free milk
  A handful of fruit.
  1 packet stevia
  Ice
  Blend until smooth

Calories: vary, depending on the fruit, but less than 100
